Our private 4 unit complex is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and is completely enclosed with fencing, a lovely hedge, electric security gate and the Bell Channel Waterway. From the front entry porch you will emerge into a beautiful foyer area leading into the kitchen/dining and living room. This sunlit first floor looks onto the covered porch, pool, garden and waterway.

Elegantly designed, this villa boasts 20 foot ceilings, tiled floors, and spacious open floor plan. The kitchen features state of the art appliances, a breakfast bar and the dining table (seats 6), a cook's dream. Adjacent to the dining/living room is a half bath and the lavish guest bedroom with queen size bed, walk-in closet, bathroom with double sinks and french doors that opens to a patio overlooking the channel. Second level you will find the spacious master suite also with walk in closet, gorgeous spa-like bathroom and French doors that open to balcony overlooking channel, docks and gardens. Upper level hosts a guest room featuring twin beds and private bath. Also upstairs is a loft seating area, furnished with a pull out sofa (queen), dresser and closet; you enter through a lofted open air office space with desk and 3 chairs and overlook the 1st level and views of channel as well.

Have your morning coffee on the covered porch overlooking the gardens, pool and canal and in the evening you can enjoy outdoor dining while you cook your fresh caught fish on the grill!!

Located on the prestigious Bell Channel Waterway, you will be conveniently located in close proximity to all areas of Freeport. Just a quick boat ride from our docks you can enjoy all the pleasures of the warm Atlantic or simply walk the white sand Taino Beaches a short 5 minute drive (or 20 minute walk). For fun head to Port Lucaya just eight minute drive or 10 minute boat ride for island shopping, a variety of dining, or a "must have" awesome pina colada in a fresh carved coconut at the local bar "Rum Runners". If your feeling lucky try your luck at the casino just across the street!

Great additional features include a remote controlled, one car garage with washer & dryer per villa and boat docks are available for rent. The dock has 30, 50 & 100amp service allowing for small boats-up to 140’ yachts to enjoy the Scarborough Villa view and location as well.

Private waterfront villa - all amenities and perfect Freeport location $187.5 per person a night. - PRICELESS!

Our weekly rate is: $1,500 (USD) no tax (cleaning charge included, daily cleaning is extra), monthly rate is $5,000, 6mo. or more is $3500 per month for long term (plus utilities); maximum of eight guests per villa.
