East Access to the Abacos
The Grand Lucayan Waterway, traversing the entire island, 8 miles from south to north, is a great way to get to and from The Abacos (check your charts for height and draft limitations).

Security
Scarborough Villas & Docks is a gated community with electric security gates in front and the entire waterway/docks are beautifully lit.
Outdoor Pool
Facilities located on the point of the Scarborough Villa grounds, overlooking the Bell Channel Waterway. Shower/Bathroom facilities also available located in barbeque/bar area, adjacent to the pool.
Rates
We offer the same low rate all year round- every season is a great season for us - no low, no high - just right.
Bell Channel Waterway Slips:
$1.00 per foot/$2.00 per foot per night with electricity & water
Slip A- 50-‘x25’ or under-
Slip B- 50’x16’ or under-
Slip C- 50’x18’ or under-
Alongside Waterway Slips:
$1.00 per foot/$2.00 per foot per night with electricity & water
140’ or under
65’ or under
Long Term Dockage:
• Electricity- $0.45 per Kilowatt hour/
• Water-charged at $100 per month for 1-4 months and at $75 per month for 4 months plus.
PLEASE NOTE: Check in time is 12 noon. Check out time is 11 AM. Minimum stay of 3 days & 2 nights. Scarborough Villa & Docks reserves the right to change any rate for our services at any time and for any reason.
Proof of Citizenship
Your crew and guests will need a valid passport. A driver’s license is not proof of citizenship, although it may be useful for identification when cashing traveler's checks or, of course, renting a car. (Remember, we drive on the lefthand side in The Bahamas!)
Custom Charges*
• Customs and Immigration accept CASH ONLY.
• Boats 35’ and under- charge of $150 per vessel , for up to 4 persons per boat (additional charge of $15 for each additional person after the first four)
• Boats over 35’- a charge of $300 including up to 4 persons per boat (additional charge of $15 for each additional person after the first four).
*Charges will cover- cruising permits, fishing permits, and your departure tax for the length of your stay.
NOTE: You need to stay with your vessel until it is cleared. On entering port, remember to hoist your yellow quarantine flag.
Customs Requirements

• Completion of the Maritime Declaration Form
• Completion of the Inward Report Form
• All visitors entering The Bahamas must make a customs declaration upon arrival. Adult visitors are allowed to bring in 50 cigars, 200 cigarettes or one pound of tobacco, one quart of spirits and personal effects.
Immigration Requirements
Completion of Inward Passenger & Crew Manifest form
Completion of an Immigration Card for each person arriving on the vessel.
Entry as a tourist only requires proof of citizenship for residents of North America and most nations. Note: A driver's license is not proof of citizenship. All visitors must provide a valid passport upon entry in country.
