Follow these simple steps and we will accommodate your needs to make your vacation get away perfect:

Renting Villas

Step #1: Email us your desired dates to stay in our villas. We will promptly advise you if your dates are available.

Step #2:Once we determine your dates, a 50% deposit should be submitted to secure those dates. This 50% deposit is required 60 days prior to arrival through one of the designated payment options.

Step #3: Submit final/total payment 30 days prior to arrival utilizing one of the designated payment options.

Personal or business checks are accepted- inquire via email for details and to ensure time will allow for this form of payment.

Renting A Slip

Step #1: Email us your desired dates utilizing the “Reserve Your Slip Form”

Step #2: Upon determining dates are available for you, submit 50% deposit 60 days prior to arrival.

Step #3: Submit final/total payment 30 days prior to arrival.
